The "Parade Rest" Monument was erected and consecrated by the 2nd Regiment of Buffalo, New York on Memorial Day 1914. The monument is located in Pine Hill Cememtery in Cheektowaga, New York. The bronze statue features a KStJI Color Sergeant with KStJI Colors. Etched upon the monument are (5) Knights who paid the supreme sacrifice during war time and whom received their eternal reward. Each Memorial Day the Buffalo Grand Commandery and 2nd Regiment organize a Mass to remember those Knights who have past the previous year. The deceased Knight's name is etched onto the Commandery obelisk in accordance with his request. The Regiment has an established "trust" with Pine Hill Cemetery that assists in taking care of the grounds and landscaping of the monument. Commanderies are responsible for the financial cost of placing their deceased Knights onto its obelisk. In 2003 the monument was appraised for $3.5 million.
