    The Knights of St. John Interantional Constitution Chapter VI "Local Commanderies", Section 57  "Funerals" and Chapter XII "Funeral Ceremonies" and Sections 475 through 485 of the 1960 Drill Regulations outlines the appropriate honors that a Knight will receive upon his death.  The honors that a Knight will receive is determined by the arrangements made by the Knight upon completion of the "Funeral Honors Form" and prior arrangements made with his family.  Upon completing the "Funeral Honors Form" the Knight will submit the Form to his Commander and be provided a copy for his estate planning.
