Commandery No. 382's Civil Order contains all the Uniformed Knights and Non-Uniformed Brother Knights who together elect a Board of Directors to conduct the day to day operations of the Commandery.  The Commandery conducts its business meetings on the 2nd Thursday of the months September through June at 7:30pm in the Queen of Heaven R.C.C. Church Hall.  Only Knights of St. John International Knights are permitted entrance into the monthly business meetings.  Organizational governance is conducted in accordance with the Knights of St. John International Constitution and Commandery No. 382 By-Laws.  During the monthly business meetings the Commandery President will follow a predetermined agenda to insure all the Commandery's business is conducted.  The business meetings are an opportunity to form committees to organize faith, charity and social events for the enjoyment of not only the Knights themselves but the Knights' families and friends.
