Commandery No. 382's
50^th Anniversary
1959-2009

    The Commandery celebrated their 50th Anniversary on April 18th, 2009 with 4pm Mass at Queen of Heaven R.C.C., with its own Spiritual Advisor, Rev. Thomas Quinlivan, Capt. as celebrant.  Following the Mass a reception was held at Kotecki's Grandview Grove in West Seneca, New York.  The reception was attended by over 50 Knights, their spouses and several widows of the Commandery.  Widows present were recognized and thanked for their own Knights' faithful service to the Order.  During the reception Buffalo Grand Commandery President, BGen. Donald Kirsch was in attendance representing the Supreme President.  BGen. Kirsch awarded the Knights of St. John International's highest personal award the "Jewel of Honor" to Col. Richard Braun, Lt.Col. Joseph D'Amato and Maj. Bruce Kreuzer.  2nd Regiment of Buffalo Commander, Col. Thomas DeLuca was present to award Rev. Thomas Quilinvan his commission as Captain for being Commandery No. 382's Spiritual Advisor.  The evening was rounded out with fellowship and dancing.  Commandery No. 382 would like to thank our Benevolent Sponsors for their charitable support of our 50^th Anniversary celebration in 2009.
